Returns & Exchange Policy and Procedure
We understand that some items are not always suitable and they may need to be returned.
Please choose your items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your on-line purchase order as we do not refund for change of mind, wrong selection or wrong size/fit.
We will happily exchange or provide an on-line credit voucher.
1. REFUND POLICY
We do not refund for change of mind, if a wrong selection is made or for the wrong size/fit; please choose carefully.
We will happily refund your item(s) providing you meet the STATUTORY RIGHTS as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), particularly if you discover the item to be faulty. The item/s are to be returned and accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice.
You can also opt to exchange your item/s or be issued with an on-line credit.
All refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder via your PayPal/Secure Pay details.
Please note that it is at the discretion of our on-line customer service team whether a refund or exchange will be processed, subject to you meeting our return conditions and stock availability.
STRICTLY NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.
2. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you change your mind, make the wrong selection or the product does not fit, you may exchange your item/s or opt for a on-line credit providing you have met the following conditions:
It is within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.
Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is required
The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in a saleable condition
In the interest of hygiene, we do not exchange underwear or swimwear.
If you are returning an item that is part of an ‘offer’ such as a ‘2 for 1 deal’ or ‘buy one get one free’, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Niki Collection Style Office.
We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel that you use a postal tracking service through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery to us. Also, please notify our on-line team via email that you have sent the parcel.

For Returns or Exchanges please follow the steps below.
Download and complete our return & exchange request form indicating the reason for return.
Email a completed copy of your ‘return & exchange request form’ to email@example.com so that our on-line sales team keep an eye out for your returned item/s and they will flag your exchange as a priority.
Pack all item/s with your return & exchange request form and tax invoice in a secure satchel/ post bag:
– We suggest that you keep a record of your tax invoice so please make a copy of it.
– Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.
– Ensure you provide an email address and daytime contact number.
Please note that it is at the discretion of our on-line customer service team whether an exchange, online credit voucher or refund will be processed subject to you meeting our return conditions and stock availability.

If you have met all requirements and conditions our on-line sales team will process your refund and notify you via email or telephone once this has been processed.
If you have not met our return conditions, our on-line sales team will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of this decision.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, and we will re-send your exchange order at no additional cost to you.
Please note that Niki Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error.
Ensure you pack your return item/s securely to prevent any damage in transit.
Any item/s you return are your responsibility until they reach our Niki Collection Style Office.
Only on-line purchase orders can be returned and exchanged at our Niki Collection on-line store.
